Distance incorrect

Can anyone please assist. My Garmin vivo hr is calculating my distance when walking or running wrong. I do a 2.5km is show 4.5km which is incorrect. And my setting are on metic

Personally I wouldn't use Move IQ at all. Just start the activity on the watch, then when finished press stop, then save.

Just send a link to one of the problematic activities from Garmin Connect Web

As mentioned above, you'll need to change the privacy settings to everyone so we can see it.

I mace my setting so everyone can see it. Can I not maybe give you my garmin connect login details and you can see please? when you done I can change my login details/ password again
