Hard to tell. Check whether there is sufficient free space on the device storage. Delete old activities from the folder //GARMIN/Activity/. Connect to Garmin Express and check for firmware updates. You could also try performing the master reset of the watch. If nothing helps, contact the Customer Support.

Hello! If removing activities does not work can you please reset your device to defaults. If this still does not work we are going to need to look into your warranty.
