Vivo3s resetting before saving activity, sonce a recent software update.

2 weeks ago, inremeber seeing a message on my Vivo3s saying software had been updated. On 3 occasions since, whilst out running, the watch resets leaving a solid triangle on the display. As a result, none of the activity saves. Steps etc reset to zero.

Hi. Resolution was raising with Garmin, as the watch was inside 12 months old; they sent me a replacement (refurbished). 10 months on, that is still going.

Ah thankyou. Mine was bought as a refurb over 12 months ago anyway so it looks like I'm going to be looking for a new one

Definitely looks like a known issue to me. I tried everything advised with no luck so ended up getting another one and giving the other one to my grandaughter as she can manage without. Mine was quite Definitely only when using GPS to track
