Vivomove 3S - the time is incorrect on the watch face but correct on the digital time

I have a vivomove 3S.  I noticed this morning the time on the clock face is incorrect by approx 10 minutes but the digital time is correct.  

How do I correct this please? 

  • Hi there! Here are the steps to calibrate the watch. 

    TIP: Alignment of the watch hands may be necessary after a few months of normal use.

    1. Hold the touchscreen to view the menu.

    2 Select > gear icon > clock icon and Align Hands to 12:00.

    3 Tap one of the arrows until the minute hand points to the 12 o'clock position.

    4 Select the checkmark.

    5 Tap one of the arrows until the hour hand points to the 12 o'clock position.

    6 Select the checkmark. The message Alignment Complete appears

  • Hi, thank you.  These instructions are not working for me.  When I tap the arrow to align the minute and hour I just keep getting the tick and the message align complete.  

  • This hasn't helped me. I still have the same problem over and over again. What should i do?
