I have a vivomove 3S. I noticed this morning the time on the clock face is incorrect by approx 10 minutes but the digital time is correct.

Hi there! Here are the steps to calibrate the watch.
TIP: Alignment of the watch hands may be necessary after a few months of normal use.
1. Hold the touchscreen to view the menu.
2 Select > gear icon > clock icon and Align Hands to 12:00.
3 Tap one of the arrows until the minute hand points to the 12 o'clock position.
4 Select the checkmark.
5 Tap one of the arrows until the hour hand points to the 12 o'clock position.
6 Select the checkmark. The message Alignment Complete appears
Hi, thank you. These instructions are not working for me. When I tap the arrow to align the minute and hour I just keep getting the tick and the message align complete.
This hasn't helped me. I still have the same problem over and over again. What should i do?
