Got my son a Vívofit Jr 2. Initially the sync process went fine, showing the detailed activity and sleep for each day. Since last week when it syncs to my Garmin app on iOS the process seems to go ahead normally but only steps are shown with no information at all on the activity and sleep screens.
Same for me with Garmin Forerunner 630. Latest software Version 7.70.0.0 and I can see my 2 latest running activities on the watch, but on the mobile App and on the website they are absent. Only the steps have bee transferred.
If any users are still experiencing this after the latest vivofit jr. app update, please reach out to us through support.garmin.com for assistance. We will need to gather logs from your app that we would not ask for in a public forum.
Same problem as others. No sleep data or other rewards being received. Steps also missing. Very unreliable product. Fitbit I have is 1,000 times better.
I am having this problem too! Sync seems to be going ahead, arrows spin and cloud icon shows up like downloading, but time and date are incorrect and my child’s profile does t show any of the activity that is shown on the Vivofit
