Vivofit jr. 2 syncs but no activiyu data is transferred

We're having that problem. It's a new watch. It talks steps, but no sleep nor data on iPad

Same problem as others. No sleep data or other rewards being received. Steps also missing. Very unreliable product. Fitbit I have is 1,000 times better.

I am having this problem too! Sync seems to be going ahead, arrows spin and cloud icon shows up like downloading, but time and date are incorrect and my child’s profile does t show any of the activity that is shown on the Vivofit
