Hi, I bought 2 Vivofit 4 for my daughters and they both get the skin on the wrist itching, peeling and red, They end up not using it. Is there a warranty that I can use ?
I have a Fenix model myself and I don't have any issues.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are reporting. The skin irritation may be a result of build-up on the watch band and/or casing. You should discontinue wearing your watch until your skin has healed…
I also have a Vivoactive 4s and get this same irritation issue. Quite disappointing from an otherwise superb watch. Not what I expected for £240.
I also purchased a vivoactive 4S watch. I didn't get a rash in the first 2 weeks. Then a rash intermiitently and now I have had to stop wearing my watch so that the skin on my wrist can recover. I noticed on previous comment threads, regarding the same problem with the vivoactive 3 bands, that a Garmin rep said it is only a problem with about 1% of the population but there were a lot of people with the same problem. I like my watch but expect a better quality watch band with a watch of thus price.
