Satellite and GPS issues

Hi, 

For months now my vivoactive 3 has not been able to aquire GPS. I have updated it, reset my watch, uninstalles and reinstalled the garmin app with no success. And now my watch will not connect to my phone and permanently searching for satellites.

The first 6 month of having the watch it was never an issue. Why has it just decided to not work?

Help!?
