I finished my run and during it my watch was freezing and the music failed - I got an error message. When I finished my run it let me save it but would not sync. I can see the run in 'Last Sport' page on the watch so I know it saved, and it tells me the distance and time, but when I click on the watch to get a list of the activities and then click on that activity it says the date was Dec 31st 1:02am and has no data about it. I've synced with both bluetooth with the garmin connect app on my iphone and a USB on and garmin express on my macbook.
Everything else is syncing including my step count during the run, but not the activity. Even if it won't sync, is there anyway of getting the GPX file off the watch? Thanks in advance for any help.
