Vivoactive 3 music will not play music anymore although there are playlists uploaded

I cannot get spotify to play on my watch even though there are playlists there that used to play. It looks like it is working but no sound. The headphones are fine - no faults there. Any ideas?

As for promotion - I used to use video hosting sites and, of course, YT among them. Then I realized that this was too little for me and started looking directly to companies. I can say that NFT Promotion Agency turned out to be excellent. I also advise you to make your site. The site should have links to popular services where people can buy your album. The links should be in prominent places, don't hide them in the site's depths. You can think of a lot of ways to promote yourself. Use your imagination in this direction. To be successful, you have to make money with your creativity. And the more, the better.
