Vivoactive 3 Music Unable to Connect to Samsung s10 +

All was working fine until my watch shutdown due to low battery.

Now I have been  unable to connect to the phone via bluetooth.

I have tried all the tips I can find.

Uninstalled the connect app.

Uninstalled the watch from bluetooth devices on the phone.

Factory reset of the watch.

Unable to add as a bluetooth device using the phone rather than the connect app.

Still no joy. 

Any advice or tips greatly apprecaited. 

Software version is 5.50
