Wanted to ask if anybody solved the Bluetooth connectivity problem on vivoactive 3 watch? I did everything, even re-pair doesn't help. I'm so tired of this watch, would not recommend at all.

I resolved this issue eliminating the device from the phone and from the bluetooth recognized devices, then I turn it off holding the button for 15 seconds, turn it on holding the button for 1 second and then reassigning it to the phone with the app connect. I didn't lost any data after the syncronization but the steps I see on the vivoactive restarted from 0 after restarting it. I hope this will help you bye
I think it is a problem with the new 7.2 firmware on the clock. After resetting the clock to factory defaults it connects to the phone. But after 1 or 2 days, it looses connection and dont want to connectagain. When I try to connect "garmin connect" on the phone says that som garmin units need a software update to be able to connect to the phone. But there is no software update available....
I think I found the solution! I found a tip another place in this forum. I have paired the va3 with the phone inthe garmin connect app. As recomended. If you try to pair in the bluetooth settings the phone says you should use the app. But if you double-tap the found va3 in the bluetooth list you can pair it in the bluetooth settings anyway. Afterwards you have to connect the va3 inside garmin conect app as a new device in device settings. I think the phone wont give the va3 full permissions if you anly pair it inside garmin connect. When paired in Bluetooth settings, i think all perrmissions is given. Have been fine for some days now, also after deactivating and activating bluetooth.
