Screen stuck on “100% Battery”. How do I reset?

How do I reset the Vivosport to remove the 100% Battery screen? Even syncing doesn’t work. Thanks!

Don't laugh... I had the same issue and tried everything to fix it short of hitting it with a hammer. The last thing I tried was hitting the find my Garmin alert and everything went back to normal. No…

Just got the same issue. I kept the side-button pressed a long time and it powered down. Something like 10 seconds or more. I was actually reading this article and didn't notice it finally powered down…

If this is a systemic problem of Garmin watches, why hasn't Garmin implemented a reset feature in the connect app? Ran out this morning to grab my flight, won't be able to tell the time for my 3-day trip...

said this above, just hold the side button pressed for around 10 seconds or more.. it will eventually shut down and will work fine when you start it again. You don't really have to wait until the battery dies

As others noted, no button on the vivosport (at least older gen). Again, Garmin should set up a button in the Connect app to restart the watch. Simple fix that should resolve a lot of issues. @Garrmin happy to test this feature out for you
