Screen stuck on “100% Battery”. How do I reset?

Don't even touch it! Perpetual battery!

:D it is hilarious that this is the only thing you will find if you google it.

So I'll add the two options there are. 

1. try to reconnect to the charger for a while

2. Let the battery run dry.

Just got the same issue. I kept the side-button pressed a long time and it powered down. Something like 10 seconds or more. I was actually reading this article and didn't notice it finally powered down.

Don't laugh... I had the same issue and tried everything to fix it short of hitting it with a hammer. The last thing I tried was hitting the find my Garmin alert and everything went back to normal. No clue why but it worked. Hope this helps.

Thanks. "Find my device" worked like a charm on my vivosmart 4.  Since it's happening across all devices, quite sure, it looks like a software glitch.
