I figured out the solution to this problem tonight. Get a 1/16" tension (roll) pin at a hardware. You wo be able to cut the pin to length. You will also have to CAREFULLY glue the pin in the hole. Works…
When it happened to my wife. I gave them a credit card number. They sent out a replacement right away. I was credited back the money when they received the defective watch. I’ve had to do it with mine …
Please contact me about this problem. My VA3 only has on lug left.
Thanks
Ben you have to phone them yourself. They will send out a replacement. You can either send them your watch and wait for them to send you one once they get it. This will take about three weeks. You can also send them your credit card number and they will send one out right away. Once you get the watch you send back your old one. Once they receive it they will credit back your credit card. I have done the latter so I wouldn’t be without it t

Hey. I've got the same problem. I've not been able to find a replacement slug. anyone have a solution.
I got the watch replacement in March 2020... but after 6 months... It happens again on the replaced set.
There is alternative solution. Instead of replacing bushings, you can use pin meant for 2 mm wider strap. So, normally it takes 20 mm strap (and pins), but if both bushings are missing you can use 22 mm pins. Not perfect, but quick, fast and cheap solution.
is the longer pin also wider then?
No, but these little wider end tubes will go inside tho holes. There is some flex, but not as bad as with normal size pin.
