Animated workouts not showing up on my watch

1. May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?
2. May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
3. In what country do you live?

My Garmin Venu also does not show animated workouts.  I have tried everything - hard resets, deleting and re-installing workouts, updates and ensuring the “enable videos” is on.  But still no luck; the whole reason I got this watch was for the animated yoga workouts - but they don’t work.  Please help!

Is there any update on this?

bhuggins what Yoga Workouts are you running on the watch that are not showing the animated workouts?  Can you please record a video showing what your watch looks like when you try this?  Please make sure that the video shows you going to the "Enable Videos" toggle showing that it is turned on, then it should show you choosing a downloaded Yoga Workout to run on the watch, then please start the activity.

Please see attached video, I have tried multiple yoga workouts - including the Yoga 101 as shown in your video and none of them will show the animated workout.

You press “View” the steps in the sub menu and then click any workout listed from the scroll menu that comes up and the animated workout will begin. You can do that with each step listed.
