FW 5.80: Chinese characters still missing

I'm using FW 5.80 and Chinese characters are still not working for me. I've tried sms and email notifications as well as in the music player and everything is the same useless boxes as before the update.

    It is the same here when updated directly from Venu via wifi. No Chinese/Japanese displayed.
    However, there is a post in the vivoactive 4 forum suggested using Garmin Express to sync again.
    So I tried connect the Venu to computer, and press sync button in Garmin Express, the Chinese/Japanese showed in music/notification now, problem gone.

    非常感谢！This is the solution, I installed Garmin Express and after a sync the problem is fixed!

    Thank you Pete M and !  If anyone is still experiencing this after syncing with Garmin Express (when 5.80 was already installed and running), please tag me.

    Garmin-Kevin It is damn right, I sync with Gamin express tonight and the characters shows after. I DONT KNOW WHY IT HAVE TO SYNC WITH EXPRESS, Anyway, thank you for your reply all alone and you can tell the programmer  it definitely works.
