I am testing a Venue Sq which was purchased in January of 2021. It has been charged with a MacBook Pro successfully for the entire year with all data transferring without issue. After charging the watch on January10th of 2022 the heart rate capture on the Connect mobile app ceased to present the data. This lasted thru January 15th when the watch was recharged. It worked until the 21st when it was again recharged and has not worked since. I see the recording of data of the heart graphs on the watch face. It fails to transfer that information to the Connect mobile app. All other data is transferring without issue. A recent software update was applied to the watch. After performing a reset for 15 seconds with the A button and restarting the watch the heart rate information seems to be working again. Clearly doing a reset every 5-6 days after charging is not the solution. Is there a software update for the problem? It appears to be introduced to the device with a software update in late 2021.
