Anyone Experience Battery Drain?

We received the scale for xmas.

we then took off for a week and came back to a dead scale.

i faintly saw the battery icon flashing.

seems strange that the battery drained already.

Thoughts? experiences?

I was wondering because I noticed with mine, which is on tile as well, with hard bumps on the floor near the scale it will turn on.

But, if the battery drain issue is something that's new, I would think it's not related to the flooring unless you moved it and that coincided with the problem.

Took it back and anm awaiting a customer service resolution

Garmin replaced mine after it drained batteries every 2 days. The new one has gone 10 dats with no drain
