Garmin Forerunner 935 increases the stress level !

Hellol!

Garmin Forerunner 935 increases the stress level against Vivoactive 3. I make the test 3 days.
Restart to factory settings, remove apps, send to service. No solution. Garmin Forerunner 935 does not work right.

    How do you know VA3 works right?

    I can confirm that this is an issue, I have had it for many months now and i am finally getting some progress with Garmin. It has been low priority with them for some months now, but they think it is due to the way they manipulate resting heart rate data. Best to complain and raise a case with Garmin support. Going to version 8.0.0 has not helped either.

    We are actively investigating the reports of the stress level being reported on the Forerunner 935 being higher than expected. We will post updates in this thread when new information become available.

    Mmm... I don't have anything to compare with but my stress levels on the 935 look sensible in the main

    The problem with the stress leval is also observed in Vivoactive 3 but after factory reset the stress level leval is normalized.

    So was on foruners 935 but after a few months stopped correcting. Do you understand what I mean?

    + The stress level rises up and the pulse rate rises up.

    Yeah, stress has been broken since 7.xx firmware.
    I'm sitting at my desk, all zen - pre-7.xx the measured stress was in 'Rest' ~15 (which is correct); now it's either Medium or High, ~70+ (which is definitely incorrect)

    I noticed that the stress leva remains elevated after it has been increased naturally for more than 6 hours. And then you can not go down and get elevated values.
