Import of the ft file works with another plugin:

Display of the different custom tracks in the fit file with the plugin I mentioned above.
Here is a screenshot of sporttracks 3 desktop version with the running power of my intervals yesterday:
Fantastic. Will give it a try. Thanks for the response.
Update: it looks like you also need the Custom Data Tracks plug-in to import the CIQ data, in addition to the Garmin FIT plug-in. Garmin should have made Power a native data field; CIQ has too many limitations.
I use both fields in Sporttracks for Windows and it works. However, analyzing works way better in the free Golden cheetah software. I hardly use the Stryd powercentre since importing fit files in Golden Cheetah. You can even use a R-plugin to write your own analysis software in Golden cheetah!
This was reported somewhere else but the ST3 plugin you’re looking for is this one from OMB - http://h2154733.stratoserver.net/SportTracksPlugins/DownloadArea/Garmin%20FIT%20Devices%20Plugin_Setup.st3plugin
It does look like he is still working on it as he notes at the end that it is experimental.
ST3 might not be getting much love anymore, but some of the plugin guys are still active.
