is it possible to start workout (interval training) after I start activity (session)? Let's say I often run (or swim) 4x400m, but the warm-up and drills I do before and the cool-down after are very variable. I don't want to make for such a training each time special workout (often I do not know what and how long will I do before the intervals). And I don't want to have 3 sessions for one training. I would like to start activity, warm-up drills, running or swimming a bit, and then do workout (interval training) and then running (or swimming) a bit, some cool-down and save all as one session. Is it possible to do this with 735XT? Or any ideas?
