In the morning I got software 6.20 for my 6.45M.
After the first sync over BT and mobile: FREEZE !!
Restart the clock. Now you can see how the battery power decreases 1% in every 3 minutes
Reset to defaults, same issue

We are actively investigating instances of freezing on the 645 series. Any users experiencing this would help us greatly by posting detailed information about what they are seeing.
Then issue a rollback instead of ignoring the issue in public and leaving people in the dark for months on end. The lack of communication and length of time this is taking to fix is nothing short of disgraceful…
In my case the watch always freezes after a training, when I saved the run and switch back to the normal display then after a while the watch stops and no button is accessible anymore. A hard reset helps…
My 645m has allways been well behaved until 6.20 now I get bluetooth disconnects regular, failed to connect needing a hard reset to get working again, watch freezes for up to a minuet about 3 or 4 mins into a run after which anything can happen . Any news on an update as this firmware is wearing rather thin......
maybe it helps someone .... just delete the Connect IQ app
Switching language did not fix the freeze issue for me. This morning, 3 activities (bike, walk, bike) and watch froze after they were synced to Garmin. That was freeze number 5 after FW 6.2 was installed.
Didn't work for me either. Watch froze even without being paired to a phone. So I believe it isn't the syncing, but some post processing that causes the problem.
An user (Former Member) posted in another topic that he did a Master Reset and it worked... The steps are:
. Turn the watch OFF
. Press and hold BACK bottom
. Press and hold LIGHT bottom
. Keep holding both bottoms
.On the first TONE / BEEP release the LIGHT bottom and keep holding BACK bottom
.On the second TONE / BEEP release the BACK bottom
The watch will then restart and then just configure it...
If anyone else tried this method please report here...
if garmin had a solution for the problem, they would have already informed us of the solution. No solution worked for me.
