FW 6.2 freezing after activity

The watch will always freeze when the activity ends.

My God, please, fix this problem. This problem has been running for 3 weeks.

Poor support from Garmin ....

É exatamente igual. Desligar o relógio, voltar a ligar… Assim que aparecer o Logo da Garmin carrega nos botões de start e back ao mesmo tempo

Ao primeiro BIP liberta o botao…

Make sure you've opened a service request. Sending them (Garmin UK) a message via twitter got me an instant response although it turned out to be the 'replace the watch' one which isn't going to help with this issue I fear.

I've already figured it out. My watch freezes whenever it is connected to Connect IQ ..... I deleted Connect IQ application from my smartphone and it fixed the problem.

Connect IQ version 1.1.1 on Apple iOS

iOS version 12.4.1

Garmin FW 6.2

A possible fix may be to delete the FIT files, one of which may have become corrupted.

support.garmin.com/.../

Some people (including me) have found this only to be a temporary solution, however.

I really hope you are right. I have deleted the connectIQ app now. Let’s see how it goes the next following days.

It does not work. My watch froze today again without having the connectIQ app installed on my phone.

Same symptoms as always: the only thing that works is turning the backlight on/off.

Made a Master Reset with watch buttons... I've done that and no more freezes

I have done Delete data and reset settings from within the watch. Didn’t work. Will try the magic button incantation.

Can you please post the link you used to teach master reset on FR 645M!? I can only find the steps for Fenix 3

Ao primeiro BIP liberta o botao de start, ao segundo BIP libertas o botao de exit… o relogio vai reiniciar. Depois é so configurares de novo
