Same problem with Amazon Music.
I installed it, but I could not use it. An issue with synchronization of my playlist first, and secondly a GPS issue to set my location. I also realized that as soon as Amazon music was installed, there was no way to select my local (on watch) music (add-on or "instead-on"?).
I tried to uninstall the Amazon music add-on, but it was impossible from my watch or mobile. Only plugged to my windows PC i could uninstall it.
Now my local music is back, but the "music library" icon is missing. Fortunately a blank icon is there showing nothing but it is still functional.
I have also noticed battery drain from my "unistallation".
DEAR Developers: Please do not release beta version of these add-ons. It is preferable to wait longer. As customer, I deserve better experiences.
Let me correct. No batter drain, but even thoug I can see playlist, artist, albums and songs, I CANNOT PLAY them.
I have removed and uploaded muy mysic again with garmin connect but same problem.
Please, aswer needed. Senseless to have a music wath with no music.

I ended up doing a full reset.
The same problem for me on a brand new watch. I can only see Spotify. It’s synced the same iTunes playlists music to my watch twice taking up double the space but only shows Spotify.
I have still this problem (with deezer) Any solution?
Hard reboot of the watch is the only thing I could get to work....
