Music folder missing, cannot play own music or podcasts or use spotify

I put Spotify onto my watch and then lost access to my own music.

I tried syncing with Spotify and kept getting sync failed message. Once it synced to 1% and then failed.
I did a hard reset and tried again. Same issues.

I removed spotify from my account and plugged watch into laptop. Put new podcasts on watch via garmin express & iTunes and cable. The podcasts are there when I go into the music controls, but nothing will play.

When I press power off button, there is no music icon in amongst sync, do not disturb , wallet icons etc.

can any anyone help? THis was there previously and I only bought Spotify premium to use on my watch. So frustrating not to be able to play anything now!

I had this problem and I must made HR. Today I can tried play internal music. Garmin app say and view lots of my music but physically music files not in my 645. I must remove thru app music and send again. Now I can plat my mysic files without problem. Import is menu/setings/music/music providers and select My music or Deezer etc. But app Garmin on my PC is tragic. Why can set folder with my music and I must waiting to scanning my all PC? I have 5disks and this is not very quick. Bad.
