Corrupted .fit files that won't upload to Garmin Connect/Express

Hey there--similar issues to others here where my last few activities are apparently "corrupt" and cannot be uploaded to Garmin Express/Connect. They are attached.

Is there any way to prevent this in the future? Don't want to constantly have to manually fix them...

    Hi, can someone help me with this file?

    Garmin Express says it is invalid and wont sync it. Tried the online fit repair tool but it doesn't seem to be able to process it, it runs forever then it timeout.

    Thanks in advance for any help!

    I raced today with my new power meter for the first time. Of course my Garmin messed up. The file didnt exist in the Garmin, together with the rides of the last three days (that was succesfully uploaded those days) so I recovered the file with a program but it seems to be crazy corrupted. Would love to get it fixed.

    Niclas - FFRT reports the file is 100% corrupted. There is nothing I can do to assist without any data to manipulate.

    I was afraid so. I tried the fitfiletool myself. The computer was very hard to get going again after the race and didnt want to start. I guess thats when the files got erased and corrupted. I like my garmin but its to unreliable, never geting a Garmin product again :/

    Can someone help me too please. I have never had an issue uploading an activity but I got the message that my file is corrupt. Thanks.

    Is this FIT file salvageable? I've tried converting to csv, tcx but nothing will upload to Connect without an error.
