From your Garmin Connect account, select your device to view the device settings.
Allows you to customize the watch face and widgets that appear on your device.
Allows you to customize key tones, alert tones, and vibrations.
Allows you to customize the training features, alerts, and custom data screens.
Turns activity tracking features on and off, such as the move alert. You can manually set your steps goal and intensity minutes goal.
Allows you to customize your user profile settings, sleep times, and heart rate zones.
Allows you to customize the backlight, time format, language, and units of measure. You can also turn off wrist-based heart rate monitoring.
After you have to sync the Watch.
Another Way is to Restore Defaults but then you have to do all the settings, Which is a pain.

Grrr... followed advice to the letter and got to 24-hour format (Hooray!), re-set it, then went back to clock face and it's still analogue :-( I'll try factory settings next..... (I may be a bit fatter, a bit slower and definitely a bit older than last time I customised my watch :-))
