Garmin 235 showing active calories showing in 2000 to 3000 typically. How can I fix this? My 1mile walk/run may have burned 200 calories at best today. I reset my watch few times but didn't help
Ye, heart rate looks too high for no activity, so probably that's it. Maybe try editing HR zones on Web (on device's settings page). Or if HR reading is simply constantly wrong, then probably better to turn it off.
