Garmin 235 showing active calories incorrectly

Maybe check if weight is correct.

Weight is accurate.

For yesterday, ir shows calories in/out, 1500 + 4164 calories is shown.

• Goal + active calories 5664 is ridiculous. Something is screwed up.

And I didn't do any exercise at all.

I suspect heart rate inaccuracies may be showing me as more active than real. My high heart rate showing 140 for the day avg with no exercise.

Ye, heart rate looks too high for no activity, so probably that's it. Maybe try editing HR zones on Web (on device's settings page). Or if HR reading is simply constantly wrong, then probably better to turn it off.

Yes, thank you. Reset the zones and it's slightly better, but still shows 1560 active calories. Maybe I should modify them zones very low.
