Watch keeps restarting every half a hour / loosing activity tracking data (fw 4.3)

Hi,

I bought this watch yesterday and it came with fw 4.1 / 2.50 . First day was ok, but this morning I updated to fw 4.3 / 2.60 and it keeps restarting about every half an hour.

This means loosing all data which wasn't synced yet and clearing 4 hours hr graph. So from my today 1 hour walk I have nothing tracked. As one of my priority for this watch was activity tracking this is really dissapointing.

Tried to load factory settings and removed all IQ apps, but it doesn't seems to help. Anybody had same issue?

I knew from past that software development in garmin is bad, and its quite sad that nothing changed as it seems.

@mariorits, We would recommend that you contact the Product Support Team in your area. What you are describing seems different than the issue that was reported in this thread. Contacting Product Support will allow the teams to get some specific information from your device to try and determine the root cause. They will also have exchange options in the event that there is an issue that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting.
