Screen protectors

Has anyone tried these? I am looking at the BoxWave brand. Seems like a smart idea seeing as I tend to inadvertently bump my watch face on things occasionally. They come in: Clear Touch Glass, Clear Touch Anti-Glare, and Clear Touch Crystal. Just curious about the difference between the different types and if they are a quality product ... and if they obscure the face at all.

Anybody ever successfully remove the Boxwave Clear Touch Glass, to clean or remove dust, and reapply?

I emailed them shortly after I got mine and applied it. I asked them how I can remove it and clean it again as mine had somehow gotten some dust trapped on the underside (sticky side). Removing it is abit tricky, but you just need to release some pressure on one side and let the air get under, and then it comes off pretty easy. This is their reply to me on how to clean it:

If you ever want to clean your ClearTouch, you may want to try washing your ClearTouch, as this will reset the adhesiveness.

The best way to clean the ClearTouch is rinse it under warm water and use a mild soap (not dish detergent, hand soap is fine). Once you're finished rinsing it, you want to go to place that is as dust-free as possible and dry the ClearTouch by gently shaking the extra water droplets off of the ClearTouch. To prevent bending/creasing the corners, you may hold the ClearTouch a couple of inches inwards from the edge for a secure grip. We recommend washing your hands prior to touching the sticky side of the ClearTouch to avoid smudges/fingerprints on the screen protector. You never want to leave the sticky side of the ClearTouch out for a prolonged period of time because it will catch unwanted dust.

Once most of the water is off (a few specs of water here and there is OK), you can apply the ClearTouch to your screen.

Thanks Max ! Good to know.
Post some pics and report your experience if you remove, clean and reapply.
I have 1 speck of dust I just noticed under mine. My OCD is not going crazy so I may leave it for now.

I use one of those clear films. Decision came after a few hundreds of bumps I got a tiny scratch on the screen. I first looked for tempered glass but didn't find anything in my regions and I those I found were cost too much to ship so I got a film one that is manufactured locally (romania). So it arrived and noticed there were two pieces, some microfiber cloth and a spray with water, detergent and alcohol. Instruction said to apply the spray to the sticky part of the film and then place it on the screen. It was still sliding across so I placed it as good as I could and then in about 2 minutes it stuck while I removed any bubbles and excess liquid.

The film seems to regenerate after damage and so far I'm happy with it. Water isn't a problem and it seems the film has the same water repulsing tendency as the screen.

Here's how it looks, you can see the edge if you look really close and now I can't even see the scratch anymore. Fully recommend using one just for the piece of mind you get
