This software is now live for all users.
First ride today. Excellent- no dropping of any connections (BT phone, ant+ HR/Power/ Di2).
3:45 mins and 40% battery used (60%remaining). It was steady through the ride at 11% per hour.
I’m happy with…
To revert to 11.20:
Find and download Edge820_1120.gcd on the http://gawisp.com/perry/edge/ website.
Rename the file to gupdate.gcd and copy it to the Garmin directory on your 820. There likely will already…
"Live Track" is the 820 transmitting your current position to your phone via BT, and your phone conveying that info to GC via its cell data connection to display your track and position live to individuals you identify on the Connect app on the phone.
This is unrelated to 820 to sensor communication.
Been out on a 60 mile ride today, kept losing connection to my heart rate monitor and also the radar.
bloody annoying....
100 mile ride today everything worked fine (HR, Di2, Power Meter) and the Live track also worked. At 7hours :24 mins into the ride the battery was at 10% and the Edge 820 was put into battery save mode.
Pleased with that.
I've now ridden a few hundred miles and I've not had any problems.
Good work Garmin
Battery save mode? I find battery life is bad without this mode
The data doesn't load via WiFi no more , has to be done through Garmin connect. Another update issue
Have you looked about your registered WLAN on the edge? Is it still in the menu?
Maybe you have to re-register it via garmin express. I had the same issue a few update before
Maybe its the way you set your edge up. Battery life is good on mine.
