Sensor Pairing and Connection Issues after 12.30

In version 12.30 i find my diferents sensor (vitesse, power and heart frequence)

At the same time my old Edge800 finds and keeps the connection with the same sensors.

Everything was good before this new version.

This is what Garmin says. I've done it a few times in the past and it's worked, but I haven't specifically downgraded from 12.3 to 12.1

No heart-rate (or - almost none), no cadence, no power. Upgraded to 12.30 after yesterday's ride, which was fine.

This is a major issue which needs to be urgently fixed. (Who did the QA before release??????)!!!

Have tried deleting and reconnecting sensors - it won't even detect the sensors now.

Hi there Garmin Matthew! The device can find the ANT+, but they lost connection after some seconds. In my case I was able to detect the Powermeter but lost connection even before I was able to perform calibrate. I haven't trained I returned back home and downgraded the firmware.

if I downgrade to 11.20 because of this sensor issue and my battery life issue with 12.10, how do you avoid regular/automatic download and install notifications of new software/firmare back to 12.30?

Hi. I´m Spaniard and I don´t speak english well.

After updated to V12.30 I had the same issue and I asked to Garmin support (Spain). They said to me to do a factory reset (Please note that this procedure will reset the device to the original values so you will lose all files saved along with the settings made) and later update the unit software via Garmin Express.

I did that and now after paired all my sensors again (HDR Band, Shimano Di2, Varia rtl 510, Varia Light ut800, Tacx Neo Smart 2) they work properly and the device runs v12.30.

Just upgraded to 12.3 and the sensor showed my speed for a few seconds and then dropped. tried to link sensors. Heart was Ok. would link up with sensor 633522, 627101, but not 21973. And then I think that 627101 would drop out. Must frustrating as in lockdown and trying to keep fit on my home trainer.

Hi. Your english is fine :-). Thankyou for your information. I have now also done a factory reset and re-paired my RTL511 radar. I will reply with more information when I have done my next ride.
