Anyone else noticing a real inconsistency in the ‘intensity minutes’ being attributed to rides since we did the recent software upgrade (which did fix the metres gained calculation)?
Today I rode 45kms with lots of 8 to 14 degree short burst hills and worked pretty hard over a 2 1/2 hour time. I had just over 70 minutes in heart rate zones 3 to 5. I recorded a 155 exercise load and was recorded as approx 120 intensity minutes.
On Thursday I rode 42 kms at a much more leisurely effort level and with less hills, taking 2 1/4 hrs. I had only 34 minutes in heart rate zones 3 to 5. I recorded an exercise load of only 81 yet was recorded as approx. 200 intensity minutes.
Prior to the recent upgrade the intensity minutes attribution has made sense - it no longer does! Is this a known problem?
