Fix is released with firmware 10.20.

Same here. I sent a e-mail to Garmin tech support.
their answer was meaningless.
connect your phone again

do soft restart

do hard restart

check is there are new updates

they said nothing about this problem…

Well Confirmed it also happens during rides and even on courses! I have a course created on my acconunt and the elevation on that one is 4562. As soon I added the course to my 1030 now it shows as 6227. Way to go GARMIN! Now I have to factory reset all in order to downgrade and fix your mistakes.

Here also. Even in Holland where it is flat i get a hight of 500Hm where my wife had only 105 h meters on the Edge1000. On the beta version 9.86 i did not had these problems

Same here. Elevation is ridiculously inaccurate 80% inflated +/-. Also seeing mileage off 5% or so too high. That with "automatic" setting for speed sensor or manual input after measuring actual circumference. Love v10 firmware (esp the hill climbing) and hope Garmin will fix these accuracy problems soon.

From elevation point , yes, but it crash and freeze in some condition, (happent to my friend saturday)

I can suggest to go back on 9.34 beta, for me is stable, i think something is not working ok with strava segments , but beside that is very stable

The issue appears during the trip AND at the end. Miami is flat, please read my previous post to understand why the difference is greater (in percentage) with flat rides.
