Elevation Doubled after FW 10

Girlfriend with 9.5 has the half HM.

Fix is released with firmware 10.20.

Same here. I sent a e-mail to Garmin tech support.
their answer was meaningless.
connect your phone again

do soft restart

do hard restart

check is there are new updates

they said nothing about this problem…

Getting tired of this crap. Copied 9.5 firmwarefile onto the unit for downgrading. When restarted its validating the update and reboots. Screen stuck at Loader, loading on top and garmin logo on the middle of screen.

I'll tell you what I did
1: reboot with v.10 to factory factor 1030
2: then downgrade to 9.50
3: U pload files from

4: Reconfiguration of the conexion mobil and garming connect.

Foe me 9.34 beta was the most stable

And I have checked the elevation was spot on with another device with 9.50

9.50 fw has serious issues with freezing

Did a full reset and rebooted. Copied the firmware file again to the unit and another reboot. Still the same, device stuck on loader, loading and garmin logo on the middle of the screen...

Same here, since 10.00 update, elevation is overestimated by 30% (!!!), and also the "bips" (when a sensor is connected ... etc) are not set when I restart the Edge, but the boolean setting is on.

Add me to the list. Elevation gain is much higher after the version 10 firmware. I have a route I do in the morning that is always ~1475' Now it is 1870'

once more: It's definitely not a doubling over all, because a simple ascend on the hill meters perfect, but when riding in a hilly area with differences of 1 to 5 meter it realy starts doubling. Seems to be too sensitive with these low situations.

Exact same route. Ridden 15 times this year. Always 1475 - 1500' Now 1870. Rode a different route this morning that is also one I do regularly. It was also 400" more elevation than normal.
