Mine is doing the same thing. My max is in there and it's set to percent of max, but it never gives me time in zones. This happened in the past month.
I spent some time trying things last night. I haven't used the unit since but at least the numbers are in there. (really wish it gave an option to update past workouts)
I updated the 1030 synced to Connect on my phone, and once I did that, the % numbers were correct in Connect. But not on the 1030.
After going back and forth between the phone and the 1030, changing settings, re-inputting my max HR, syncing etc what finally worked was to change my max HR by just one beat IN THE APP and re-sync, and finally all the percentage numbers were matched between the phone and 1030.
I also have to say it's the FIRST time I've been able to change my max HR in the phone app. I did NOT update the app.
This is the most finicky device I've ever bought!
