Stryd and Core ConnectIQ Data Fields Compatible?

On the 965, there is an issue with the amount of data the Stryd and Core write to the fit file and it causes the Stryd data field to crash unless you change the default settings for the Core data field to not write the charts to the file (i.e., code 32).

Core has said this is a limitation of the 965 and I'm wondering if the issue is resolved on the 970.  Has anyone been able to use the Stryd and Core data fields simultaneously?

    Hi Hassan, as far as I remember (I'm not using the CORE Sensor any longer), the CORE SENSOR temper never showed up in Garmin Connect. I used it with the FR 965.

    However, if you train with TrainingPeaks you will also see the data from the CORE sensor there.

    Hey Markus, it used to work well on the FR965, it was showing Core Temp, Skin Temp and Heat Strain Index curves. Now after using the code it only shows the Heat Index curves. And yeah you are right aboutTrainingPeaks.

    That is expected behavior.  Using code 32 prevents the Core from writing the data to the chart fields in the fit file; however, it still writes the raw data to the fit file, which is why other training platforms can utilize the data, but you don't see them in Garmin Connect.
