Not sure why the screen protection comparison topic here Screen protector for 965 : TPU or "Hybrid" or Film ? - Forerunner 965 - Running/Multisport - Garmin Forums was locked but I thought I'd update my impressions after removing the TPU protection I'd had on for 10+ months. It still looked like on day 1 apart from a small "gap" at 6 o'clock. Judging by two scratches on the bezel it it probably saved the screen from being scracthed.
Still, the screen feels quite a bit brighter without the protector and not so "raised".
Will probably leave like that until I go out for more "risky" adventures ;-)
