Why is my vo2 max displayed on my watch and Connect app as 5.0 as opposed to 50? Are they one of the same measurement? All forums I read, vo2 max is displayed 38 or 40 or 45 or 52. Mine is always displayed as 4.2 or 4.8 or 5.0. I'm not understanding. Thanks
That’s not your VO2max value. That’s the training effect your activity had. The values range from 0 to 5.0 for Anaerobic and Aerobic.
