What is the best firmware?

I have to test more the latest version 22.22, but for now it looks preaty good.

What I did before update to latest SW 22.22:

1. Restarted watch

2. Made a full backup of the watch

3. OTA update to 22.22

4. Restarted again

Have some problems with stress level, altitude accuracy, WHR accuracy, iQ problem!....

5. Made a "Delete all data and factory reset"... didnt help for most problems...

6. Made a "Reinstall Software"

After "Reinstal Software" I wait 3 days to give a watch time to recalibrate and to adapt to all measurements....

Stress level is now Ok, Altitude very good, WHR very good, Nap detection is working now, no iQ errors, synchronisation with phone instant, watch is very responsive.... all good for now... have to test the watch in mountins with GPS etc.....

Hello, what do you do to "reinstall software"?

On watch go to settings/ sistem / about, then pres 8 times light button and then chose REINSTALL SOFTWARE"

I'm stuck on version 17.24, which is perfect and has no stability issues. I only have one bug that charging always stops at 82%, but you can't have everything in life!

The latest is always the best.
