Did the hard reboot to escape blue triangle of death, but now won't connect to computer or phone.

Question

tried everything. Rebooted 965 will not connect via bluetooth to my phone, 
 nor plugged into my mac. 
 
 however, I do now have a display so that I know what time it is.
