965 - unable to update to 21.20

Same, It's been saying it is updating to that software since I got the phone three days ago. I have it set up wirelessly to my house and Bluetooth on the phone. When It restarts I check the version and it is 19.18. 

I went ahead and installed Garmin Express and it downloaded for like 30 minutes. Said it was a map update but then when it said I needed to reconnect my watch I took it off and went out. It then prompted for the update on my watch again and this time it actually installed it. 

I am not sure how this is done but I think if this is the norm then there needs to be a better way. We're back to the 2000s when we had to connect a device to the computer to update. Hopefully, the next update just works.

It show the update as a Map, but 21.20 was installed.

Updated to 21.20 and sensors went haywire.
Compass off calibration and cant calibrate for goodness sake

Apologies for the basic question but did you use the usb charging cable? or a usb-c charging cable? thanks
