How are you getting to it (from glance on main watch screen, press hold center button, from wheel widget thingy, etc.
Does it crash in all of the above methods of starting it?
Amazon was having an issue if you used the touch screen versus the buttons (try various methods of 'clicking'), but it was only if you pressed the blue equilizer looking amazon logo, not the next/play or menu buttons! so very weird.
Yes it reboots from the wheel menu when I touch the AMZ music logo but not if I use the select button. I sent first 965 back because of another issue and the replacement does the same . Software / firmware bug I guess.
Yeah that is a known issue that has shown up in other posts. It appears a fix is in the upcoming firmware probably based on the change log for one of the beta versions.
touch the logo to go back to the amazon playlist list... is at least limited in scope. this posts OP makes it seem like any/all music use causes reboot... although they didn't give much info.
I used Spotify. Whenever I wanted to open the music app (every way you mentioned) - it crashed. I deleted Spotify - now I can at least play the music that I saved on my Garmin.
Have you tried a hard restart (upper left button for 35seconds)? Otherwise since you uninstalled, maybe worth trying reinstall to see if that doesn't do the trick
