New to running and new to Garmin. Currently using a Forerunner 965 with HRM-Pro Plus. Concurrently using my Apple Watch Ultra 2. My question is regarding the daily workout suggestions on the Forerunner. I’m obese and out of shape. I started out only being able to run/jog 30 seconds at a time, now can run/jog 5 minutes at a time with about a 2-3 minute walk in between. My last workout, I did 5 of these intervals and then walked the rest of a 5K total distance. My Forerunner is suggesting workouts I can’t do. For example, today it suggests a long 62 minute run. I’m using the Run, Track Run, and Treadmill apps for these workouts. Should I be using something else, or will it just not be accurate until I’m doing all running with no intervals? TIA
