Auto zoom doesn’t work

I tried to follow a route on my bike this morning, but it is really hard. I have auto zoom enabled but the map isn’t zooming in before a junction. I tried manual zooming in, but if I leave zoom, the map returns to it’s zoomed out state.

Is garmin working on fixing bugs?

    - Can you please provide a video demonstration and/or steps so we can try to reproduce in house with our devices? So far I am not seeing any varying levels of Auto Zoom.

    Come on! People are complaining autozoom doesn’t work since the 965 came out.

    Don’t irritate people by asking a video that only shows there isn’t any zoom. 

    Let’s turn it around, why don’t you make a video that proofs autozoom works?

    Exactly. It's really unbelievable how they don't value their customers. How can your software has such a long time such a big functional bug for one of your flagship running-watches???

    They are deliberately rejecting this bug for almost a year now. I gave my 965 away (can't ask money for such a monstrosity) and stay for the rest of my running career away from Garmin.
