I changed my FitBit Charge 5 for a Forerunner 965. Whilst it has some great features I can’t for the life of me understand why it doesn’t record the minutes in all 5 of the HR zones (like FitBit).
All minutes above Zone 1 are important to an individual’s health. But, it’s only possible to collect data in any 2 HR zones! Why not record all minutes in all zones and let users select which they wish to monitor?
The Forerunner is only designed to achieve the oft quoted reference to 150 minutes of moderate, or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week.
