I tried all options, I’m sure that the battery is faulty.
I bought the watch in Hongkong, can it be sent for service/ replacement in any other country or only in Hong Kong ?
I own a Garmin Forerunner 965, and despite showing signs of charging (evidenced by a lightning bolt icon in the battery indicator when connected to a power source), the battery level fails to increase. I've attempted to rectify the issue by cleaning the charging contacts, experimenting with various charging cables, and fully depleting the watch's battery in hopes of a reset, yet none of these measures have yielded results. Additionally, a comprehensive factory reset was performed, which also did not address the problem. Did you manage to solve your problem?
