Thanks for sharing the information. I'm curious to know what specifically the change in the WHR sensor software update means. Garmin could provide more details.
On some devices, for CIQ it will say something like "System 6", and then later on, "API Level", which is the CIQ API Level (you see this in "about" on the device)
Also, "Ant" is actually Ant/BLE/ BT, - ANT and BLE sensors, the phone, and also BT headphones
